"Yeah, wasn't a great experience. Bought a gift card, was expecting it to arrive in email in an hour or two at most, got it in like 5 days. . . Didn't get an email with the gift card number, although the order confirmation email said it should arrive shortly, checked the spam and it wasn't there either, waited a day or two – nothing. Messaged your support, didn't get a reply. Messaged again the next day – silence. Had to call your support to get it fixed over the phone. A day or two after that finally your email support replied, asking me to check my spam folder. . ."
