Creating an Account
Click the Account icon at the top right of our homepage and select Create Account. Follow the prompts to enter your email, set a password, and complete setup.

Click the Account icon at the top right of our homepage, then enter your email and password. Once logged in, you can:

Check Order Status: Log in to your account to view current and past orders.

Order Modifications: Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order (cancellations are only possible within 24 hours).
Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery, for unopened and resalable products only.

The following are non-returnable: fragrance samples, tea products, sale items, gift cards, and any opened merchandise.

Complimentary samples, discovery vials and gifts provided with qualifying full-bottle purchases are final sale; if the full bottle is returned, we will deduct the retail value of any complimentary vials kept from the refund.
