Account Information

Creating an Account
Click the Account icon at the top right of our homepage and select Create Account. Follow the prompts to enter your email, set a password, and complete setup.

Logging In
Click the Account icon at the top right of our homepage, then enter your email and password. Once logged in, you can:

  • View your order history

  • Track orders

  • Manage account details


Order Inquiries

  • Check Order Status: Log in to your account to view current and past orders.

  • Order Modifications: Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order (cancellations are only possible within 24 hours).


Shipping Information

  • Domestic Shipping: Complimentary shipping on U.S. orders over $100. For details, see our Shipping Policy.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship internationally.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: See our Shipping Policy for instructions and carrier support links.


Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery, for unopened and resalable products only.

  • The following are non-returnable: fragrance samples, tea products, sale items, gift cards, and any opened merchandise.

  • Complimentary samples, discovery vials and gifts provided with qualifying full-bottle purchases are final sale; if the full bottle is returned, we will deduct the retail value of any complimentary vials kept from the refund.

  • Exchanges: To exchange, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. For complete details, see our Cancellation Policy.
