Creating an Account: To create a new account, click on the Account icon at the top right of our homepage and select Create Account. Follow the prompts to enter your email, set up a password, and complete your account setup.

Logging In: To log in, click on the Account icon at the top right of our homepage, then enter your email and password. Once logged in, you can view your order history, track orders, and manage your account details.
Order Inquiries
- Check Order Status: Log in to your account to view current and past order details.
- Order Modifications: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order.
Shipping Information
- Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $100. For detailed shipping rates and policies, visit our Shipping Policy.
- International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship internationally.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed instructions.
Returns and Exchanges
- Returns: We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Tea products and perfume samples are not eligible for a return. Complimentary samples and gifts with purchase will be charged if the full bottle is returned. For complete details, see our Return Policy.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. For full details, please see our Cancellation Policy.
