Return Policy

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be received by the carrier within this timeframe to qualify.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in original, resalable condition. A $12.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Discovery vials and samples (paid or complimentary)
  • Tea products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used products

Complimentary Samples & Returns

Complimentary discovery vials are included with qualifying full-bottle purchases as part of our curated service. These samples are yours to keep—however, if you return a full bottle from the same order, the retail value of all complimentary samples in that order will be deducted from your refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Use the self-service return portal in your order confirmation email or ZGO account
  2. Or email cs@zgoperfumery.com to request a prepaid return label

Please pack items securely in the original packaging with protective padding. Most returns ship via USPS; larger orders may be assigned a UPS label.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. Please note that your bank's processing time may add a few additional days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at cs@zgoperfumery.com. We'll send a replacement at no cost and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
