Making it easy to change your mind

Cancellation Window: At ZGO Perfumery, we understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Please note that once this period has passed, your order may already be in processing or shipment, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

How to Cancel Your Order: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at cs@zgoperfumery.com with your order details. Our team will assist you with the cancellation process and confirm whether cancellation is possible based on the order status.

Processing Cancellations: If your cancellation request is received within the specified window and your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel the order and initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.

Late or Unsuccessful Cancellations: If the cancellation window has passed or if the order has already been processed for shipment, unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order. However, you may return the item in accordance with our return policy once you receive it.

Custom Orders: Please be aware that custom orders, once placed, cannot be canceled due to the nature of these products. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing.

Exceptions: In the event of an error on our part, or if the product has been listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information, we reserve the right to cancel any order. We will inform you of the cancellation and the reason for such action.
