Shipping Rates
Enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $8.95. Expedited options (2-day and next-day delivery) are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are typically prepared and shipped within 2–3 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or on weekends will ship the following business day. Large sample-only orders may require additional preparation time.
Please note that processing and delivery times may be extended during sales events or peak holiday periods—we recommend ordering early during these times.
Holiday Shipping Deadlines
To ensure delivery before Christmas:
- Standard Shipping: Order by December 15th
- Expedited Shipping: Order by December 18th
Orders placed after December 18th are not guaranteed to arrive before December 25th.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS or UPS, selected based on package size and destination.
Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. All shipments include delivery confirmation. For added security, orders over $250 may require a signature upon delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, ZGO Perfumery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you did not purchase Package Protection at checkout, any claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
Package Protection
For added peace of mind, we offer optional Package Protection at checkout for a small fee. This coverage protects against lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
- With Package Protection: Claims are handled directly through the protection provider for fast, hassle-free resolution.
- Without Package Protection: Any delivery issues must be resolved through the carrier (USPS or UPS).
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
