MOKO | THE SCENT OF A DROP OF WATER, BUZZING LIFE AND MOTHER'S POWER
SLAVIC MYTHS - GODS
This is the scent of damp earth after a spring rain - heavy, alive, pulsating with the power of rebirth. O Fertile Mother! Life slumbers in you, to awaken to the world with the rustle of rising shoots. This is the appeal: fertility, warmth, care.
Look! This is the fragrance of the eternal cycle - where every death becomes a beginning,
and every drop of water resurrects a dormant existence. This is the power of omnipresent nature, full of abundance and mystery, a motherly force that embraces with care, but also demands reverence.
RASPBERRY - FERTILITY AND SWEETS OF THE EARTH Raspberry, a symbol of fertility and life, reflects Moko's maternal care. Its juicy sweetness delights people and deities. It is the abundance that Mother Nature offers. Its color makes one see a raspberry face in women. In Slavic beliefs, raspberries were a fruit full of life energy.
WATER CHORD - RAIN, SOURCE OF LIFE, BREATH OF THE REBORN EARTH
Her name in ancient beliefs meant the union of earth and water. Water is the essence of existence - in Slavic mythology Moko was the patroness of rivers, rain and life-giving moisture that penetrates the earth, awakening it to life. This chord reflects the essence of damp earth after a spring rain.
FIG LEAVES BREATH OF NATURE
Fig leaves bring a note of freshness and deep, green moisture - they are a symbol of nature that breathes the fullness of life. Fig is also a tree of abundance, reflecting the endless cycle of vegetation. Although it is not a native plant, it is well known in the Slavic lands.
