Please note, however, that some exclusive perfume houses do not permit sampling, making these fragrances unavailable in sample form.

Where to Find Samples:
You can easily locate fragrance samples on the product pages under the "size" selection option. Our samples typically range from 1.5ml to 2ml, providing a generous amount to experience the scent.

Sample Details:

• Pre-Made Samples: Some of our samples come directly from the perfume houses, ensuring you receive the fragrance as intended by the creators.
• Decanted Samples: In cases where a perfume house sample is out of stock, we offer our own 1.5ml spray samples. These are carefully decanted by our team and filled to approximately three-quarters of the bottle height to ensure optimal spray performance.
  Please Note: Fragrance samples are not eligible for refunds.

Complimentary Samples
Enjoy the added luxury of complimentary perfume samples with your purchase of a full bottle at ZGO Perfumery. The value of your purchase determines the number of complimentary samples you receive, allowing you to explore more of our exquisite fragrances. The more you spend, the more complimentary samples you can receive—just be sure to add them to your cart. Please note complimentary samples are not eligible for return. 

How to Select Complimentary Samples:

1. Choose Your Samples: We encourage you to select the samples that most intrigue you. Complimentary samples are not automatically added to your order, ensuring you receive the scents you’re most interested in.
2. Add Samples to Your Cart: Once you've selected your complimentary samples, simply add them from the fragrance product page to your cart. The cost of these samples will be automatically deducted from your subtotal at checkout.
   Please Note: Sample credits must be used within the same order and cannot be carried over to future purchases.

Guidance for Full Bottle Purchases
If you're considering a full bottle but aren’t entirely sure, we highly recommend adding a sample of that fragrance to your order. This allows you to try the scent in your own time and avoid the inconvenience of being unable to return an opened package. Complimentary Sample Policy on Returns
When you purchase a full bottle, we offer complimentary samples to enhance your fragrance discovery. However, if a return is made on the full bottle, the cost of the samples will be deducted from your refund. This allows us to continue offering our curated sampling experience to all customers.
