"This is a black tea, that tastes like a cannele. It's like tea and cake with a whiff of cinnamon. When I want a gentle black tea, this is the one. The flavor is balanced and light, never bitter or too perfumed, even when over-steeped. It's relaxing and satisfying. While I drink it in summer too, it's my favorite for a colder winter day with bad weather; I'll make pot after pot. Is it expensive? Yes. Worth it? Yes. There is nothing else like it."
