Made with the utmost respect for the traditional methods specific to grand Blue Teas, the youngest leaves of this quality tea are picked early in the morning, when the fragrances of the plantation blend with the colours of dawn, then worked one by one and rolled, before being suffused with an elegant milky vapour. Dried leaves: Rolled like fine pearls, the jade-green leaves exude a fragrance of cotton candy, mixed with the warmth of a rich crème brûlée. Infused leaves: A characteristic floral profile of blue teas, enriched with the gourmet flavour of coconut snowballs. Liquor: With a brilliant shade of rose gold, the cup offers a scent of caramelised Dulce de leche that envelops the palate with notes of fluffy brioche.
