"This is a big favorite of mine. I never make less than a pot. It's a light green tea that smells and tastes like an almond sponge cake. The tea isn't vegetal or cabbagey, and the cake flavor isn't assertive. It's not as perfumey as many of the Marriage Freres teas. It's a delicate, gentle, dance of flavors, perfect for an afternoon or nightime pot when relaxing. It is expensive, but is a good quantity and worth every penny."
