Almafolia | Intimacy of the senses and sensuality of the intimate, in the synthesis of an olfactory imprint so intensely satisfying immediately, that in the subsequent moments it manages to paradoxically calm every other odorous impulse. In this apparent sensorial contrast, I believe I can identify the correct expression of the aromas of tuberose.

Explore the evocative world of Giardini di Toscana, a perfume house where the garden's intoxicating fragrances inspire a line of unique designer scents. Silvia, the creator-composer, draws upon the rich tapestry of her Tuscan gardens to craft perfumes that are not merely scents but memories in a bottle—from the nostalgic aroma of childhood to the zest of citrus fruits.
Born from a legacy that began in 1942 in a quaint medieval village in the Casentino Valley, Giardini di Toscana is rooted in the affectionate relationship between human artistry and nature's bounty. The story of this olfactory journey traces back to a small bottega, established by grandparents Giovan Piero and Emma Ducci, which blossomed into a revered perfumery.
Here, ancient recipes penned by a pharmacist grandfather evolved into an exquisite array of fragrances and unguents, a tradition continued with elegance by daughter Irma in the '60s. Today, Silvia channels this heritage into Giardini di Toscana’s perfumes, embodying the fusion of artisanship and innovation through the finest raw materials and time-honored techniques.

"Scent is strong but in an headache inducing way"

"This is not the soliflore tuberose scent I was expecting. It opens with strong peach and orange fruitiness that pack quite a punch followed by pronounced blended tropical flowers bathing in a base of complementary liquid amber and coconut. I can see this perfume spanning across a range of ages - from young brides on a destination wedding to fragrance lovers who appreciate vintage floral flair. It’s a flexible fragrance as it’s both playful yet sophisticated."
