Founder and Nose Julian Bedel draws inspiration from the exotic diversity of South American natural treasures, continuing the tradition of identifying native species to create unique scents in Buenos Aires and Milan. The name 'Fueguia 1833' marks the meeting of Charles Darwin, navigator Robert Fiz Roy, and a native of Tierra del Fuego in Patagonia, in 1833. Guided by the pioneering spirit of this historical meeting, Fueguia 1833 draws from the natural landscape of South America to create fragrances that capture the essence of the region's botanical and scientific heritage.
