"Candle was older and beginning to turn yellow and discolored. Luckily its a potent scent so it still smells good. I knew it was an older edition vessel, hence the old price point of $78 vs the new $90 price for a classic candle. But this store wont let me return anything with the outer cellophane removed, and the only way to test the scent or see the discolored wax is to actually open the box. Its a pretty annoying situation for an online retailer to create, not everyone can visit their physical store in person. Left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth to be honest. Most of the rest of my order was good, but I hated the smell of one of my 4 candles. Again, I’m out of luck. I will likely take my money elsewhere and buy from a place with more online shopping-friendly policies."
