au Coeur opens with an intriguing alliance of mysterious magnolia oil, the woody peach scent of osmanthus absolue with its feral and leather notes and an inflection of invigorating pink pepper. The heart note exudes a hint of rose absolue Morocco emboldened with Virginia cedarwood as well as smoky oakwood, the tart vanilla undertones of which also linger in the base note where their sensual impact is all the more powerful in the company of Tonka bean absolue. Tender musk invokes passion. All topped off with an overindulgence of ambrox, which lends the perfume its harmonious union and longevity.
